We help brands create best-in-class organizations, processes, and strategies for digital marketing (media, creative, mobile, social, video, search, analytics, etc.). By bringing together their agencies and cross-functional groups within their own organization, we create roadmaps and action plans to guide our clients' future success. We also audit agency performance and scope (e.g., media, social, creative, search, mobile) to ensure our clients are getting the best product at the most competitive price.

We embed some of the best and brightest industry experts into organizations to drive pieces of business, manage campaigns, or just "add bench strength" to teams. By integrating into our clients' teams, Cello Partners is able to "teach by doing"-both mentoring teams and driving business results. Utilizing Cello Partners, our clients are able to secure critical, expert support without the commitment of a FTE.

We offer a turnkey solution for clients who are looking for a new agency partner. By getting a deep understanding of their business and challenges, we help our clients define what they need in an agency-whether media, creative, search, social, etc.-and guide them through the evaluation and decision process. Our proprietary approach has led several Fortune 500 clients to find better agency partners that offer significant efficiencies/cost savings.

We create custom education and training programs based on the specific business challenges our clients have. We create practical curriculums, inspirational C-level trainings, and large "trade-show" style events. Each of these educational programs plays a unique role increasing our clients' knowledge and confidence of marketing essentials in this ever-evolving landscape.

We are a different kind of marketing consulting firm. We act as an extended part of our clients’ teams in order to take an inside-out approach.

Having been on both the agency and client sides, we are able to identify cost savings for clients without sacrificing quality—our engagements typically yield significant savings compared to our fees.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions because our clients have unique challenges that require bespoke solutions.

We are fearless when it comes to asking the hard questions to ensure our clients get the right solution for their needs.
